Black Tie Preferred, Not Required

Why and What is Black Tie Preferred, but not Required?  Rhinestone & Rodeo is not black tie in the strictest sense.  We live and honor a community that combines both city and country culture.  It is instead aimed to provide its families and attendees with the nicest evening possible.  The families and individuals Down Country seeks to honor often find themselves in sterile or clinical environments that nurture neither body nor soul and it is for them Rhinestone & Rodeo is a dress occasion.  For some it is their only night out the entire year.  But wht is black tie preffered, but not required?  It's your personal best.  For some cowboys, this could be:  a tuxedo, a suit and tie, dress slacks and a Sunday shirt, or the very best pair of Sunday morning jeans & For the LAdies, Rhinestone & Rodeo Room Block.  A shuttle will be available for guests to and from The Ambiance
